What you choose to share
The form asks for your name, email and area of interest. Your organisation and a short description of your goal are optional. Please do not include client files, patient information, student records, account details or other sensitive material.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand your request, respond and manage follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We also record the submission time, page path, contact permission, and campaign labels present in the page URL to understand where enquiries come from.
Where it goes
Enquiries are saved in a Cloudflare D1 database under the business account, with access controlled through Cloudflare account permissions. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile spam check. These services process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure site performance; it does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across other sites. Hosting and processing may occur outside Canada; this site makes no Canadian data-residency guarantee.
The enquiry application does not deliberately save raw IP addresses or browser user-agent strings in the lead table. Infrastructure and spam-protection services may process technical connection information. Enquiry text is not sent to a language-model service by this application.
Receipt and follow-up
A successful on-page receipt means the enquiry has been saved. It does not guarantee an email has been delivered. When configured, owner alerts contain a reference and area of interest; personal details stay in the lead record. A person reviews the enquiry before following up.
Retention and questions
We retain enquiry details while handling your request and review inactive enquiries for deletion. If you become a client, separate project arrangements may apply. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry details by emailing vidsat.tri@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if available, without sending sensitive files.
